David Jost

Known for his work with such pop stars as Selena Gomez and Lady Gaga, this German songwriter, music producer, and audio engineer produced and/or wrote over a dozen chart-topping singles and over seventy platinum albums.

Before Fame

At the age of fourteen, he won the annual German Breakdance Championships. Around the same time, he began working as both a disc jockey and a graffiti artist.

Trivia

He helped write and produce Tokio Hotel's 2005 hit "Monsoon" and won an MTV Latin Music Award for his work on the popular track.

Family Life

A native of Hamburg, Germany, he later lived and worked in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
