Ukrainian judoka who has risen to fame competing internationally, including as the 2018 World Champion in the 48kg weight division. She became the then-youngest ever world champion with her victory at age 17. 

Before Fame

She earned her first medal, a bronze, at the 2017 Hohhot Grand Prix. 

Trivia

She won gold at the 2017 European Judo Championships in the 48kg weight division. She also won the 2018 Paris Grand Slam. 

Family Life

Her father is fellow judo practitioner Gennadiy Bilodid.

She and An Chang-rim both won gold in their respective weight divisions at the 2018 World Judo Championships.
