Before Fame

He grew up playing competitive sports in Ireland, which partly began because his father taught Physical Education. He eventually became a nationally ranked Gaelic Football player before moving to the United States where he began personal training. 

Trivia

He is certified in numerous aspects of fitness training including RRCA and NASM certifications. Along with providing personal training, his company also provides funding to numerous charities. He also is an avid photographer and sells his images online.
