Television and film actress who was best recognized for her roles in Rhythm City, Black Panther, and Black is King. She had also appeared in Queen Sono and In My Country. She amassed over 30 on-screen acting roles throughout her career. 

Before Fame

She originally planned on becoming a nurse before changing her mind and getting a teaching degree. After a few years of teaching, she resigned and moved to Greece. She began acting shortly after. 

Trivia

In 1989, she made her television debut in the series Inkom' Edla Yodwa. Her last on-screen performance was in the 2024 movie Heart of the Hunter. 

Family Life

Her parents were Wright Tadeyo Chiume and MaNdlovu Chiume. She was married four times.
