She rose to fame for her role as Roxie on the Disney Channel movie Let It Shine. Disney featured her on the radio program Next Big Thing, or N.B.T.

She sang "America the Beautiful" at her kindergarten graduation when she was six. 

Trivia

She performed at the NAACP Awards Nominees Luncheon in 2012, and gained attention for her cover of Aretha Franklin's "Chain of Fools," which she performed with the Mo-town group the Funk Brothers. 

Family Life

Her father, Mike Jones, was a former NFL football player who played for several teams. She sang the National Anthem for multiple NFL games. In June 2023, she began dating basketball player Donovan Mitchell.

She once appeared on a Most Talented Kids episode of the Maury Povich Show.
