She has been working in marketing and advertising since the early 2010s with Toronto's premier ad agencies. She is also a trained holistic nutritionist (RHN).

Her travel tips include unique and active recommendations from learning to scuba dive to practicing yoga by the oceanside to volunteering at a local animal sanctuary.
