Songwriter and producer who gained fame for his numerous cuts with major artists that have topped the charts. Brett Eldredge, Carrie Underwood, Billy Currington, and Jason Aldean are a few of the artists he has crafted songs for. He won the award for Country Work of the Year for his writing on "Kiss Somebody" at the 2018 APRA Music Awards. 

Before Fame

He played in progressive rock bands before graduating from Lenape High School in 1993. 

Trivia

Early production credits of his include songs by David Archuleta and Kelly Clarkson. He wrote Carrie Underwood's version of the NBC Sunday Night Football theme with Mark Bright. He received his first publishing deal in 2008 with EMI Music Publishing while living in Los Angeles. He can be found on Instagram under the handle chrisdestefano.
