Theremin player. She is one of the best theremin players of all time, and has developed her own technique to better control the instrument. She has more than 179,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel carolinaeyckvideos, where she uploads covers and play-along videos for other theremin performers.

Before Fame

She was introduced to the Theremin at age seven by her parents. She performed her first large concert with the Berlin Philharmonie in 2002. 

Trivia

In 2006 she released her first book "The Art of Playing the Theremin". She is best known for her invention of the 8 finger position technique. Her method revolutionized theremin playing, as the performer no longer needed to wait for a note to be audible before correcting it. She has alos published her own compositions for theremin.

Her parents were very supportive of her musical passion growing up.
