Known best for her work with the English alternative rock band Pulp, this keyboard player and back-up vocalist also occasionally performed with the solo act of Pulp singer and songwriter Jarvis Cocker.

Before Fame

She began playing the piano during her childhood years, though she generally neglected to practice between lessons. She recorded Freaks, her first album with Pulp, in 1987.

Trivia

During her early years as a member of Pulp, she supported herself by working in a toy store in Manchester, England.

Family Life

One of her brothers, Magnus Doyle, was also a member of Pulp. Her mother, Sandra Voe, had a career as a soap opera actress.
