His content features his dramatic men's transformation haircuts. He began working in hair after watching a YouTube video of a barber giving a homeless man a free haircut. "That moment struck deep within me and that was when I knew I wanted to be a barber."

Before Fame

He immigrated to Hawaii from Vietnam in 2008 at the age of 15, not speaking a word of English and tried out many careers- waiting tables, running a stall at a flea market, working in senior care homes, and driving for Uber.

Trivia

He ultimately rose to social media stardom in March of 2023. Many of his most popular Instagram posts feature men who say their wife is forcing them to get a haircut, and who leave the salon with dramatic and stylish cuts.
