Boyfriend of Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock who also worked as a well-known Los Angeles-based photographer. He primarily focused on children's portraits and outdoor scenes. He was only 57 years old at the time of his death. 

Before Fame

He met Bullock after a friend recommended him to help photograph the birthday party of her son in January 2015.

Trivia

He once worked as a fashion model and was featured in pages of Vogue Paris. He wore clothes by Hugo Boss and Saint Laurent.

Family Life

He became a father figure to Bullock's two adopted children. He also had a daughter from a previous relationship. He passed away from a private battle with ALS in August 2023.
