Brandon Lilly

About

Powerlifter and strength coach who is widely considered one of the strongest of all time, having achieved world-class marks in a variety of lifts. He is the originator of the training philosophy known as "The Cube Method," which he explains in his 2012 book of the same name. 

Before Fame

He grew up in Berea, Kentucky and began weight training as a high school student.

He has personally worked with groups ranging from the Cincinnati Bengals to Seal Team 4.
