Bradley Nowell

About

Formed the reggae-rock band Sublime and died of a heroin overdose while the band was on tour. He was the guardian of Lou Dog, the unofficial mascot of Sublime. Some say that he predicted his own death in the song "Pool Shark."

He was so difficult to handle as a youth that his mother relinquished custody of him to his father.

Trivia

He was at the height of his career when he died with the self-titled album Sublime and the many singles it spawned: "What I Got," "Santeria," and "Wrong Way."

He got married to Troy Dendekker on May 18, 1996, and they had one child together.
