American business executive and attorney who has served as Chief Operating Officer at Airbnb. She ascended through the ranks from General Counsel to Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer before earning the position of COO, from which she resigned in 2011. She has also held seats on the boards of directors for both Airbnb and Paypal.

Before Fame

She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with both an undergraduate degree and a law degree. She began her professional career working for Dallas-area law firms before serving as general counsel for Yahoo!
