Actress, model, fitness coach, reality TV star, and social media influencer known for her fitness modeling content she shares with her 210,000 TikTok followers and 330,000 Instagram followers, for hosting the podcast The Athena Vos Show, and for appearing on the Hulu reality competition show Got To Get Out in 2025. She is also known for appearing on the show The Bachelor and winning in 2021.

Before Fame

She initially got her start as an ice skater when she was a young girl. She then transitioned into taking acting and modeling classes as a teenager and young woman. She attended Saint Joseph's College and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree. She also attended the Ivana Chubbuck Studio and the Groundlings Improv School in Los Angeles. Her big break was appearing on and winning The Bachelor in 2021.
