Hip-hop label executive and celebrity family member also known as "Big Jook," who was recognized for his entrepreneurial efforts and impact on the music industry. He was primarily known as the co-founder and president of Collective Music Group (CMG), a record label based in Memphis, TN. 

Before Fame

Prior to his death, he had become involved in his brother's music label, CMG.

Trivia

A day before his death, he posted a photo on his bigjookcmg Instagram account with an ominous caption that read, "They don't want to face you they wanna snake you. Stay alert 2 stay alive watch your back at all times."

Family Life

He was the older brother of rapper and music producer Yo Gotti, born Mario Mims. He was fatally shot outside of Perignons Restaurant and Event Center in Memphis, TN on January 13, 2024.
