English anarchist, artist, author, and sculptor. He created the illustrated novel Musrum with his friend Eric Thacker.

Before Fame

He worked as an engineering fitter, lathe turner, and a crane driver, while educating himself at the library.

He taught part-time at the Harrogate School of Art, then Bradford Art School.
