American long jumper best known for competing in the 1984 Summer Olympics, where she placed fourth in women's long jump. She is a 14-time All-American, a 15-time conference champion, and an NCAA long jump champion.

Before Fame

She has a degree in elementary education from the University of Nebraska.

Trivia

While competing for the University of Nebraska, she was the 1984 NCAA Indoor Champion in the long jump. She was inducted into the University of Nebraska Athletic Hall of Fame in 2022.
