Amelia Travis

Fitness instructor and founder of Stoked Yogi who also serves as the Yoga Director for Glide SUP. She became the leader of the first nationwide yoga ambassador program SUP yoga. She has been featured in Yoga Journal, Huffington Post and the Inertia.

Before Fame

She trained in classical Indian yoga, which falls under the Sivananda and Ashtanga traditions. She founded Stoked Yogi in 2011.

Trivia

She wrote the book Aqua Asana: A Comprehensive Guide to SUP Yoga.

Family Life

She and her husband Brent Travis had their first child, a son named Tanner, in October 2016.
