Before Fame

She worked many jobs, such as caregiver for the elderly and as a Disneyland custodian. One of her more memorable jobs was working as a tattoo artist with her then boyfriend.

Trivia

She was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy. It was after her illness impaired her ability to be a tattoo artist that she went into modeling and makeup.

She is mixed with African American and Danish background. She has an older sister and spent most of her childhood with her grandparents Evelyn and Perry Lindsey.
