She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of Florida in 2012, graduating Cum Laude and making the Dean's List.

She was born in Durham, North Carolina, attended college in Florida, and later lived in Los Angeles, California. Her father is cardiologist Dr. Khalid Sheikh and her mother Deborah is a fitness instructor.
