Adventure and outdoors film producer who is recognized for having received the nickname "Female Indiana Jones" from Time Magazine. Some of her films include House Made of Straw, Volcano Surf, and Paddling Through Los Angeles Plastic Waste. She has directed several documentaries. 

Before Fame

She was homeschooled throughout her youth, and moved from place to place with her extreme expedition parents.

Trivia

She has spoken at several TEDTalk events. Her content aims to educate children through entertainment. In 2007, she wrote and directed a short film titled Rita.

Her father is a world-renowned National Geographic photographer.
