Pianist and musician who first gained fame as a youth prodigy. In the year 2002, while still in her teens, she was named the Most Promising Artist at the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition. She has since released numerous albums through Deutsche Grammophon, including Nightfall and Echoes of Life.

She began taking piano lessons at the young age of four. Soon after, she was demonstrating her talent at competitions in Germany.

Her recording of Claude Debussy's "Claire de Lune" has racked up tens of millions of streams on Spotify. She has earned representation from the company Tez Arts. She frequently posts photos of her piano engagements on her Instagram page.

Family Life

Her sister Mona Asuka Ott is also a pianist and has performed with the Munich Symphony Orchestra and the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, among other ensembles.
