Screen actor and social media star who has been featured by LAist and Voyage LA Magazine and become popularly known on social media as the "L.A. Try Guy." His LATryGuy YouTube Channel has featured videos of him sampling various restaurants and cuisines throughout the Los Angeles, CA area, and has mustered more than 750,000 subscribers and 315 million views to date. 

Before Fame

After moving to LA in the year 2020, he worked in restaurants and sales, and created his YouTube channel as a way of making extra money on the side. He witnessed an unexpected benefit develop when the local eateries he visited gained patronage and notoriety after being featured on his channel. He continued to showcase smaller establishments as a way of giving back to the community and by 2023, he was able to quit his corporate job to focus on content creation fulltime.  

Trivia

As an actor, he has appeared in short films like Milk Aisle and Ashley Pearson and the Tinder Love Trip. He has starred in series such as DJ Dog Style and The Daily. In 2018, he also performed in the multi award-nominated feature film God's Not Dead: A Light in Darkness, opposite John Corbett and Tatum O'Neal. 

Family Life

His cousin Chamron Hudson has both filmed and appeared in many of his YouTube videos. In October 2023, he returned to his hometown of Little Rock, AR, and introduced his viewers to his grandmother.  

Associated With

In March 2024, he attended the Rolling Loud Festival in Los Angeles, CA, where he invited Bunny Zingler, popularly known as XO-Bunny, to taste the infamous Randy's Donuts for his YouTube channel. His channel has also featured celebrities like comedian Luenell and baseball star Mookie Betts.
