Albert Uderzo

French cartoonist who became famous for his Astérix series. He was inducted into the Eisner Award Hall of Fame in 2005.

Prior to working as a cartoonist, he worked on his father's farm in France.

He created the cartoon Oumpah-pah, which was first printed in 1958.
